He has positioned the company to deliver services closely aligned with ACS’s core capabilities, with a strong emphasis on mechanical maintenance, integrity work, and refinery support services.

An accomplished industrial and electrical construction executive, Scott serves as Vice President of the Electrical Division at TCB Construction, where he provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for large-scale electrical operations across the United States. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Scott has built a distinguished career leading complex industrial, infrastructure, and offshore projects while driving operational performance, market expansion, and sustained profitability.
Prior to joining TCB, Scott held senior leadership roles where he successfully managed multi-million-dollar regional business units, major facility installations, and deepwater offshore developments. His expertise spans P&L management, contract strategy, project controls, workforce leadership, and large-scale operational execution in highly demanding industrial environments.
Scott’s career reflects a rare combination of field-tested technical expertise and executive business leadership. Beginning as a journeyman electrician, he developed a strong operational foundation that continues to inform his leadership approach today.
